*Key Responsibilities:*

- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present Wellspring Egypt's product and service offerings.

- Listen actively to customers' needs to generate repeat sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products.

- Provide information regarding products and services in an engaging and informative manner.

- Meet and exceed company expectations for excellent customer service.

- Answer all customer questions accurately and professionally.

- Update customer contact databases when necessary.

- Take relevant and detailed notes on all customer calls for future reference and enter them into the database.

- Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all customer interactions.

- Demonstrate effective sales and persuasion skills to drive product/service adoption.

- Identify opportunities and communicate the value of Wellspring's offerings.

- Track and document all customer calls for analysis and future use.
